Security forces launched a massive search operation
Amidst the continuous attempts to infiltrate into Indian territory through the LoC in Jammu and Kashmir, many things are coming out about this blast in the Nowshera sector. Army and security forces deployed in Jammu and Kashmir have been put on high alert. This explosion has happened at a time when security forces have launched a massive operation to nab the terrorists hiding in the forests here.
This campaign has been going on in the forests of the Poonch and Rajouri districts of Jammu and Kashmir for the last three weeks. Saturday was the 20th day of this massive search operation. According to officials, this is the longest-running search operation in several years, during which nine soldiers have been killed in two separate attacks so far.
An intensive search operation to nab the terrorists began on October 11 in the forests near Bhatti Darian of Mendhar, Thanamandi in Rajouri district, and Surankot in Poonch. It is being told that the terrorists are hiding in the forest by taking advantage of the dense leaves of the forest, natural caves, and inaccessible areas or are running away after getting the sound of the search party.
